Admission

1. 1. Validity: Each ticket is valid for a single entry on the specified date and time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
   2. Identification: Visitors must present a Reference Number/Printed copy of the e-ticket for verification at the entrance.
   3. Code of Conduct: All visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within the premises. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the site without a refund.

Access to Museums

1. 1. Included Entry: A ticket purchased for Sri Dalada Maligawa includes entry to the Sri Dalada Museum and World Buddhist Museum at no additional cost.
   2. Separate Tickets: If a visitor wishes to visit only the Sri Dalada Museum or World Buddhist Museum without entering Sri Dalada Maligawa, a separate ticket must be purchased.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. 1. Non-Refundable: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
   2. Cancellations: In the event of an unavoidable cancellation by Sri Dalada Maligawa, tickets may be reissued for a different date or a refund may be provided at the discretion of the management.
